The following information is typically required during the loan process:
- Current pay stub and most recent W2
- If self-employed, your most recent, complete tax returns
- Bank statements for the most recent month
- Investment account statements for the most recent month (if being used for down payment or closing costs)
- Retirement account statements for the most recent month (if being used for down payment or closing costs)
- Valid photo identification
If purchasing a new home, please provide the following:
- A copy of your earnest money deposit check
- A copy of your Purchase and Sales Agreement signed and executed by all parties
- A copy of the property listing brochure and subject property deed, if available
If you are refinancing an existing mortgage, please provide the following:
- A copy of your most recent mortgage statement
- A copy of the deed (legal description)
- A copy of your most recent tax bill and homeowners insurance
- A copy of all notes for loans & statements for account being paid off
- Condo Association Dues (if applicable)
If applying for a construction loan, these items are also typically required:
- Building plans & specs
- Construction budget
- Construction contract
