Purchase Security & Extended Protection
Bangor Savings Bank Visa Business cardholders can shop with security. The Visa Purchase Security and Extended Protection Program automatically protects many of the new retail purchases that you make with your eligible Visa Business card.

Liability Waiver Program
Designed to provide small business owners additional peace of mind, knowing that you're protected from the possible misuse of cards by terminated employees.
If your company has 2-4 valid Visa Business Check Card accounts, you are protected up to $5,000 per cardholder. If your company has five or more valid Visa Business Check Card accounts, you're protected up to 100,000 per cardholder.*
If you feel or recognize any unauthorized use of your card or account information, please contact our Customer Service Center and report it immediately. You can reach us Monday - Friday between 7:30 A.M (EST) - 5:30 P.M. (EST) by calling 1.877.Bangor1 (226.4671).
* This program covers eligible transactions billed or incurred within 75 days prior to, or incurred up to 14 days after, notification of employee termination. Coverage after the notification of termination date will apply, provided that the Member received a request from the cardholder to cancel the cardholder account within two business days of notification of the employee termination. Other restrictions, limitations, and exclusions may apply.
Travel & Emergency Assistance Services
Visa Business cardholders are never more than a phone call away from assistance. Visa Travel & Emergency Assistance will put you in touch with the appropriate emergency services should the need arise.
Benefit at a glance:

- Family coverage: You, your immediate family members and your business associates may all take advantage of these special emergency services.

Please understand that due to occasional problems such as distance, location, or time, neither Visa nor its service providers can be responsible for the availability, use, cost, or results of any medical, legal, transportation or other services.
Emergency Cash Disbursement and Card Replacement
Our Customer Service Center is ready to help you with any of your Bangor Savings Bank credit and/or check card card related needs. Call us Monday - Friday between 7:30 A.M (EST) - 5:30 P.M. (EST) by calling 1.877.Bangor1 (1.877.226.4671).
If you require assistance outside regular business hours, Visa Gold cardholders can get an emergency cash advance delivered or a card replaced 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Visa Assistance Center at 1.800.VISA.911 for assistance with card replacement and emergency cash disbursement. (If necessary, call collect at 1.410.581.9994.)
A Visa representative will arrange a convenient location for you to pick up your card or cash. If a location can't be identified, arrangements for direct delivery to you will be made.
Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver
Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Business Credit, and Check Card cardholders receive 24-hour Auto Rental CDW Coverage-at no additional cost-for damage due to collision or theft.
To activate coverage-complete the rental transaction with your covered Visa card and decline the collision damage waiver (CDW) coverage offered by the rental company.
