You Matter More:

The changeover from the current Bangor Online and Bangor BillPay services to the upgraded version will happen automatically over the days of August 12 – 15.  Please note that online services will be unavailable from Thursday, August 12 at 1:00 a.m. to Monday, August 16 at 8:00 a.m.

Conversion Facts Sheet   

With the conversion to our new BillPay provider (CheckFree), we will be transferring all of your BillPay information into the new system. This includes all of your payee information and all of your scheduled one-time and recurring payments.

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer bill payment history. We recommend that you print out any payment records you will like to keep prior to August 12.

If you currently use our eStatement services, you will temporarily continue to access your eStatements through the former Bangor Online using your “old” User ID and password.

To access eStatements after the conversion, use the eStatement link that will be available on the Online Banking dropdown menu. For added convenience during this time of transition, you may want to ensure the user ID and password used to access eStatements matches those on your new Bangor Online.

Note: This is a temporary solution. We continue work towards delivering a more engaging and interactive eStatement solution featuring graphics, enhanced data presentation and customer preference options. The new solution will be fully integrated and easily accessible for users within the new Bangor Online.

FinanceWorks. The powerful FinanceWorks program comes as a free option with your new Bangor Online solution.  It includes budget planning and tracking tools, the ability to set up alerts and reminders, and much more.

View and manage all of your accounts in one place. Using FinanceWorks, your Bangor Online will be able to pull information from more than 16,000 financial institutions and creditors. So you can integrate and see your checking, savings/investment, loan, and credit card account details on a dashboard-style single page, all securely within Bangor Online.

Watch where your money goes. Within Bangor Online, FinanceWorks can automatically categorize transactions from your accounts and provide easy-to-read charts and reports that can help you manage spending, stay on budget, and save more money.

Set up alerts and reminders. FinanceWorks makes it easy to stay on top of payment due dates, finance charges accrued, low account balances, and more.

Enjoy enhanced Bangor BillPay, which will be fully integrated into your Bangor Online service. Paying bills online will be even more convenient, and BillPay information will be incorporated into your FinanceWorks program.
