Will I still be able to access my personal and business accounts together on one login?
Personal and business accounts will no longer be accessed together through one online banking experience, with the exception of DBA / Sole Proprietorship and Guarantor accounts. As part of our commitment to delivering a best-in-class digital experience, we’re introducing an online banking platform designed specifically for small business customers.
If you are an authorized signer and can view and manage business accounts in Bangor Online today alongside your personal accounts, your personal accounts will remain available within the NEW Bangor Online.
To continue managing the business account(s) you have access to today online:
If you would like to continue accessing the business account(s) you see today, please submit your request by answering the questions in the survey that is part of the Workday course. During this employee launch phase, each customer experience may vary. Our team will review your submission and work with you to determine the best approach for your specific needs.
By separating personal and business online banking, we’re able to deliver a more secure, scalable, and business-focused digital banking experience designed to better support how businesses manage finances today and into the future.
