Bangor Online for Business brings a modern, streamlined approach to managing your finances, with enhanced tools for mobile access, money movement, and security—while maintaining the capabilities you depend on today.

Getting Ready for the Transition—Steps to Complete

To help ensure a smooth transition and timely delivery of future communications, please log in to Treasury Online and complete the tasks below.

  • What: Make sure your phone number and email address are correct.

    Why: Accurate information helps ensure you receive important alerts and transition-related updates.

    How: Log in to Treasury Online. From the main menu, click on your name, select ‘Profile Maintenance’, update your contact information, and click SAVE.
  • What: Remove any users who no longer need access to Treasury Online Banking. Make note of the last login, if a user has not accessed the system in 90 days or more, they may not need access any longer.

    Confirm that each remaining user’s access level and permissions are correct and have up to date contact details.

    Why: This helps prevent unnecessary users from being moved to the new system.

    How: Log in to Treasury Online. From the main menu, select ‘User Management’ and under the ACTIONS column, select ‘View’ to review user access or select ‘Modify’ to make changes. Then, click NEXT to review each page of access, permissions, and limits. When all updates have been made, click SAVE. Repeat for each user.
  • What:
    • Take note of your current User ID. You will need it to log in to Bangor Online for Business for the first time.
    • Document Company information including your Users, User Permissions, Contact Information and Account Nicknames to confirm they transition correctly.
    • While historical eStatements will transition, we recommend downloading them as it may be up to 60 days before you can access them.
    • While the last 3 years of historical tax documents will transition, we recommend downloading them as it may be up to 60 days before you can access them.
    • Document your future date, scheduled/recurring internal transfers to confirm they transition correctly.
    • Take note of your scheduled, recurring ACH transaction to re-initiate within Bangor Online for Business. 
    • Take note of all wire origination information. Wire origination within Bangor Online for Business is targeted for late Fall 2026. During this transition period, all wires must be originated by visiting a branch or using the call-in wire service per your agreement.

    Why: While data will be migrated, keeping your own reference materials is always helpful.

Important Dates, What to Expect, & Required Actions

Monday, July 13

  • Your Online Banking Conversion Package is mailed
    • This package includes important information to help you prepare for the transition
    • Review the tasks outlined in the “Getting Ready for the Transition—Steps to Complete” section above

Thursday, August 6

  • The transition to Bangor Online for Business begins
  • Any system updates (user changes, scheduled transfers, etc.) made after 6:00PM EST will not transition

Prior to Friday, August 7

  • Ensure you've completed the tasks outlined in the “Getting Ready for the Transition—Steps to Complete” section above

Friday, August 7 - Sunday, August 9 – Upgrade Weekend

  • Beginning at 4:00PM EST on August 7, access to Treasury Online will be unavailable, and remain unavailable

Monday, August 10 Begin Using Bangor Online for Business

  • As of 8:00AM EST, begin using Bangor Online for Business
  • Complete Post Log In Action Items outlined below

  • Download the new Bangor Savings Bank mobile banking app

How to Log In to Bangor Online for Business

The upgrade to Bangor Online for Business will be complete Monday, August 10, 2026 at 8:00AM. Please follow the below steps to log in for the first time. 

  1. Visit the new Bangor Online for Business platform to get started
  2. Enter your current Treasury Online User ID in the Username field
  3. Enter the temporary password that you were provided in your Online Banking Conversion Package
  4. Follow the prompts to establish a new password
  5. Click "Get Started" to select and then set up and verify your login level Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
  6. Select which 2FA method you would like to use (Passkey, phone/SMS, authenticator app, security key or Symantec VIP token) and then follow the prompts to setup and verify the method selected
  7. Review and accept the new online banking terms and conditions

Post Log In Action Items

(Starting Monday, August 10)

Once you have successfully logged into Bangor Online for Business, please complete the following items, as applicable, to ensure your online banking services are reestablished correctly.

  • Review Your Details: Review your Company and User information to ensure everything is accurate.
  • Confirm Your Accounts: Review your accounts and account information to ensure everything transitioned correctly.
  • Review Your Online Services (if applicable)1: Review your online services, such as eStatements, ACH Origination, and ACH Positive Pay, to confirm all services you previously accessed through Treasury Online have transitioned successfully to Bangor Online for Business.
  • Make Your Dashboard Work for You: Personalize your ‘Dashboard’ to quickly access what matters most. Visit the Resource Center for a step-by-step guides to tailor your dashboard.
  • Recurring ACH Payments: If you originate recurring ACH payments, set up your scheduled ACH origination transactions using your ACH batch history or create as new transactions. Visit the Resource Center for a step-by-step guide on how to generate ACH transactions.
  • ACH Positive Pay: If enrolled in ACH Positive Pay, navigate to ACH Positive Pay and verify your connection.
  • Verify Scheduled Internal Transfers: Review future dated, scheduled or recurring internal transfers to confirm they transitioned correctly. This ensures your funds move as expected following conversion.
  • NEW! Connect Your Banking to Intuit—Fast, Secure, and Seamless: Sync your business accounts with QuickBooks and other Intuit products. Visit the Resource Center for step-by-step guides to get started.

  • The upgrade to Bangor Online for Business will be complete Monday, August 10, 2026 at 8:00AM. Please follow the below steps to log in for the first time.

  • To prepare, complete the following items prior to August 7, 2026:  

    • Take note of your current User ID. You will need it to log in to Bangor Online for Business for the first time.
    • Document Company information including your Users, User Permissions, Contact Information and Account Nicknames to confirm they transition correctly.

  • After the conversion on Monday, August 10, 2026, users will be unable to access Treasury Online.
  • When the upgrade to Bangor Online for Business is complete on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 8:00AM, you will begin using a new link to log in to Bangor Online for Business.
  • Once you have successfully logged into Bangor Online for Business, please complete the following items, as applicable, to ensure your online banking services are reestablished correctly.
