How do I log in to Bangor Online for Business on September 14?
The upgrade to Bangor Online for Business will be complete Monday, September 14, 2026 at 8:00AM. Please follow the below steps to log in for the first time.
- Visit bangor.com and select “Log In” from the menu on the homepage to get started
- Enter your current Bangor Online Username in the Username field
- Enter the temporary password that you were provided in your Online Banking Conversion Package
- Follow the prompts to establish a new password
- Click "Get Started" to select and then set up and verify login level Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Review and accept the new online banking terms and conditions

When will this transition happen?
Access to Bangor Online will be unavailable, and remain unavailable, starting Friday, September 11 at 3:00PM EST. Your Bangor Online account will migrate to Bangor Online for Business and will be accessible Monday, September 14 at 8:00AM EST.

Do I need to complete anything to prepare?
To prepare, complete the following items prior to July 3, 2026:
Username
- Ensure you know your current Bangor Online username as it will be needed for your first log in to the NEW Bangor Online
Contact Information
- Make sure your contact information is correct as we will use this information to send important updates
Bill Pay
- IMPORTANT: Prior to July 3 — Review your 'Scheduled Payments' in BillPay and adjust ‘Delivery Dates’ as needed to ensure no payments have a 'Delivery Date' between July 13 and July 17
- Review current and hidden 'Payees' and delete the 'Payees' that are no longer needed
- Make note of eBills that will no longer arrive. You will need to make alternative arrangements for payment
- Save 'Payee' information for confirmation that it transitions correctly
Alerts & Notifications
- Review and document any Alerts and Notifications you wish to reestablish in the NEW Bangor Online as your current Alerts and Notifications will not transition
Card Controls & Alerts
- Review Manage Card functions (Controls & Alerts, Travel Plans, etc.) and note which ones you will want to create in the NEW Bangor Online
- Turn off all current alerts so that you do not receive duplicate alerts once alerts are reestablished in the NEW Bangor Online
- Provision any card(s) via push-to-wallet (if not already done) as that functionality will not be available during the employee test phase
Documents & Statements
- Historical eStatements: While historical eStatements will transition, we recommend downloading them as it may be up to 60 days before you can access them
- Historical Tax Documents: While the last 3 years of historical tax documents will transition, we recommend downloading them as it may be up to 60 days before you can access them
External Transfers
- Review external accounts (My Other Accounts) and delete any accounts that are no longer needed
- Document any scheduled or recurring external transfers that will need to be re-established
Internal Transfers
- Future Dated, Scheduled/Recurring Internal Transfers: While transfers with frequencies of weekly, bi-weekly, twice a month, and monthly will transition, we recommend saving your existing transfers to confirm they transition correctly
- Take note of transfers with scheduled frequencies of once every 3 months, once every 6 months, and annually. These will not transition as they are not available transfer frequencies in the NEW Bangor Online
- Reschedule any internal transfers currently scheduled between July 11 and 12 to take place on either July 10 or 13. No internal transfers will take place between July 11 and 12.
Mobile Deposit
- Review and save any mobile deposit history as it will not transition and will be unavailable after July 10
Quicken, QuickBooks, Mint Users
- Complete a data file backup and final transaction download. Doing so will help ensure access to transaction history after the conversion.
Subusers / Shared Access with Others
- Inform subusers they will lose access as of 6:00PM EST on July 10, 2026

What information will transition over from Bangor Online to Bangor Online for Business?
The following items will transition to Bangor Online for Business:
- Your Company information including your Contact Information and Account Nicknames
- Future Dated, Scheduled/Recurring Internal Transfers
- Access to view and manage your accounts
- Account transaction history from the last 90 days
- Historical eStatements (We recommend downloading copies for your records.)
- Tax documents from the last 3 years (We recommend downloading them as it may be up to 60 days before you can access them.)

What information will NOT transition over from Bangor Online to Bangor Online for Business?
The following items will not transition to Bangor Online for Business and, if applicable, will need to be reestablished on September 14, 2026. To help you prepare, please refer to the above FAQ “Do I need to complete anything to prepare?” for key action items to complete prior to September 11, 2026.
- Your password will not transition

Will Bangor Online still be accessible after Monday, September 14, 2026?
After the conversion on Monday, September 14, 2026, users will be unable to access our current Bangor Online.

When the upgrade to Bangor Online for Business is complete on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 8:00AM, you will begin using a new link to log in to Bangor Online for Business.

What do I need to complete once I’ve logged into Bangor Online for Business?
Once you have successfully logged into Bangor Online for Business after conversion on September 14, 2026, please complete the following items, as applicable, to ensure your online banking services are reestablished correctly.

- Review Your Details: Review your Company and User information to ensure everything is accurate.
- Confirm Your Accounts: Review your accounts and account information to ensure everything transitioned correctly.
- Review Your Online Services (if applicable): Review your online services, such as eStatements, to confirm all services you previously accessed through Bangor Online have transitioned successfully to Bangor Online for Business.
- Make Your Dashboard Work for You: Personalize your ‘Dashboard’ to quickly access what matters most. Visit the Resource Center for a step-by-step guides to tailor your dashboard.

How do I use mobile banking?
Once you have successfully logged in through your desktop, you can download the Bangor Savings Bank mobile app and log in.
- Download the Bangor Savings Bank mobile app from App Store® or Google Play
- Log in using your Username and Password you established for online banking
