How do I log in to Bangor Online for Business on August 10?
The upgrade to Bangor Online for Business will be complete Monday, August 10, 2026 at 8:00AM. Please follow the below steps to log in for the first time.
- Visit the new Bangor Online for Business platform to get started
- Enter your current Treasury Online User ID in the Username field
- Enter the temporary password that you were provided in your Online Banking Conversion Package.
- Follow the prompts to establish a new password
- A one-time passcode will be generated to your/this business email (TBD) on file with us
- Click "Get Started" to select and then set up and verify your login level Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Review and accept the new online banking terms and conditions

When will this transition happen?
Access to Treasury Online will be unavailable, and remain unavailable, starting Friday, August 7 at 4:00PM EST. Your Treasury Online account will migrate to Bangor Online for Business and will be accessible Monday, August 10 at 8:00AM EST.

Do I need to complete anything to prepare?
To prepare, complete the following items prior to August 7, 2026:
- Take note of your current User ID. You will need it to log in to Bangor Online for Business for the first time
- Document Company information including your Users, User Permissions, Contact Information and Account Nicknames to confirm they transition correctly
- While historical eStatements will transition, we recommend downloading them as it may be up to 60 days before you can access them
- While the last 3 years of historical tax documents will transition, we recommend downloading them as it may be up to 60 days before you can access them
- Document your future date, scheduled/recurring internal transfers to confirm they transition correctly
- Take note of your scheduled, reoccurring ACH transaction to re-initiate within Bangor Online for Business
- Take note of all wire origination information. Wire origination within Bangor Online for Business is targeted for late Fall 2026. During this transition period, all wires must be originated by visiting a branch or using the call-in wire service per your agreement.

What information will transition over from Treasury Online to Bangor Online for Business?
The following items will transition to Bangor Online for Business:
- Your Company information including your Users, User Permissions, Contact Information, and Account Nicknames
- Access to view and manage your accounts
- Account transaction history from the last 90 days
- Online services1: ACH Origination and ACH Positive Pay
- Future Dated, Scheduled/Recurring Internal Transfers
- ACH Origination Batch History
- eStatment enrollment2
- Historical eStatements (We recommend downloading them as it may be up to 60 days before you can access them.)
- Tax documents from the last 3 years (We recommend downloading them as it may be up to 60 days before you can access them.)

What information will NOT transition over from Treasury Online to Bangor Online for Business?
The following items will not carry over to Bangor Online for Business and, if applicable, will need to be set up again starting August 10, 2026. To help you prepare, please refer to the above FAQ, “Do I need to complete anything to prepare?” and complete prior to August 7.

Will Treasury Online still be accessible after Monday, August 10, 2026?
After the conversion on Monday, August 10, 2026, users will be unable to access Treasury Online.

Is there a new link to log in to my online banking?
When the upgrade to Bangor Online for Business is complete on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 8:00AM, you will begin using a new link to log in to Bangor Online for Business.

What do I need to complete once I’ve logged into Bangor Online for Business?
Once you have successfully logged into Bangor Online for Business, please complete the following items, as applicable, to ensure your online banking services are reestablished correctly.
If anything appears incorrect, contact our Bangor Support Team at 1.888.226.4671 for assistance.
- Review Your Details: Review your Company and User information to ensure everything is accurate.
- Confirm Your Accounts: Review your accounts and account information to ensure everything transitioned correctly.
- Review Your Online Services (if applicable)1: Review your online services, such as eStatements, ACH Origination, and ACH Positive Pay, to confirm all services you previously accessed through Treasury Online have transitioned successfully to Bangor Online for Business.
- Make Your Dashboard Work for You: Personalize your ‘Dashboard’ to quickly access what matters most. Visit the Resource Center for a step-by-step guides to tailor your dashboard.
- Recurring ACH Payments: If you originate recurring ACH payments, set up your scheduled ACH origination transactions using your ACH batch history or create as new transactions. Visit the Resource Center for a step-by-step guide on how to generate ACH transactions.
- ACH Positive Pay: If enrolled in ACH Positive Pay, navigate to ACH Positive Pay and verify your connection.
- Verify Scheduled Internal Transfers: Review future dated, scheduled or recurring internal transfers to confirm they transitioned correctly. This ensures your funds move as expected following conversion.

How do I use mobile banking?
On September 14 at 8:00AM, you can download the Bangor Savings Bank mobile app and log in using the steps below.
- Download the Bangor Savings Bank mobile app from App Store® or Google Play
- Log in using your Username and Password you established for online banking
