This page will guide you through what’s ahead, including key milestones, important details, and resources to help you prepare. Be sure to check back regularly for the latest updates.

Getting Ready for the Transition—Steps to Complete

To help ensure a smooth transition and timely delivery of future communications, please log in to Treasury Online and complete the tasks below.

  • What: Make sure your phone number and email address are correct.

Why: Accurate information helps ensure you receive important alerts and transition-related updates, including your first-time login link which will be sent to your email.

How: Log in to Treasury Online. From the main menu, click on your name, select ‘Profile Maintenance’, update your contact information, and click SAVE.
  • What: Remove any users who no longer need access to Treasury Online Banking. Make note of the last login, if a user has not accessed the system in 90 days or more, they may not need access any longer.

Confirm that each remaining user’s access level and permissions are correct and have up to date contact details.

Why: This helps prevent unnecessary users from being moved to the new system.

How: Log in to Treasury Online. From the main menu, select ‘User Management’ and under the ACTIONS column, select ‘View’ to review user access or select ‘Modify’ to make changes. Then, click NEXT to review each page of access, permissions, and limits. When all updates have been made, click SAVE. Repeat for  each user.
  • What:
    • Customer ID and User ID: Take note of your Customer ID and User ID. You will need them to log in to Bangor Treasury Management
    • Recurring ACH Payments: Take note of your scheduled, recurring ACH transactions to re-initiate within Bangor Treasury Management
    • Wire Templates: Take note of your Wire Templates to re-establish within Bangor Treasury Management
    • Check Positive Pay File Mappings: Take note of your Check Positive Pay file map to re-establish mapping within Bangor Treasury Management
    • ACH Origination Templates: While your ACH Origination Templates will transition, we recommend documenting your existing templates so you can confirm they transition correctly
    • Future Dated, Scheduled/Recurring Internal Transfers: While future dated, scheduled/recurring internal transfers will transition, we recommend saving your existing transfers to confirm they transition correctly
    • Historical eStatements: While historical eStatements will transition, we recommend downloading copies for your records
    • Historical Tax Documents: While the last 3 years of historical tax documents will transition, we recommend downloading them as it may be up to 60 days before you can access them

Why: While many existing features and settings will carry over, a few items will not, and it may be helpful to document your current setup for items that will need to be reestablished on Monday, July 13, 2026 and keep your own reference materials for internal reference.
  • (if applicable)

What: Look through your existing ACH payment and wire transfer templates.

Delete any templates you no longer use so they aren’t carried over to the new platform.

Why: This reduces clutter and helps ensure a clean, accurate migration.

How: Log in to Treasury Online. Expand the ‘Payments & Transfers’ option, select ‘Payment Center’, and select the ‘Payment Templates’ tab. Under the ACTIONS column, select ‘View’ to review the template or select ‘Delete’ to delete the template. Repeat for each template.
