Getting Ready for the Transition—Steps to Complete

To help ensure a smooth transition and timely delivery of future communications, please log in to Treasury Online and complete the tasks below.

  • What: Make sure your phone number and email address are correct.

    Why: Accurate information helps ensure you receive important alerts and transition-related updates.

    How: Log in to Treasury Online. From the main menu, click on your name, select ‘Profile Maintenance’, update your contact information, and click SAVE.
  • What: Remove any users who no longer need access to Treasury Online Banking. Make note of the last login, if a user has not accessed the system in 90 days or more, they may not need access any longer.

    Confirm that each remaining user’s access level and permissions are correct and have up to date contact details.

    Why: This helps prevent unnecessary users from being moved to the new system.

    How: Log in to Treasury Online. From the main menu, select ‘User Management’ and under the ACTIONS column, select ‘View’ to review user access or select ‘Modify’ to make changes. Then, click NEXT to review each page of access, permissions, and limits. When all updates have been made, click SAVE. Repeat for  each user.
  • What: Save or print any reports, user permissions, or payment histories that your team may want for year-end audits or internal reference.

    Why: While data will be migrated, keeping your own reference materials is always helpful.
  • (if applicable)

    What: Look through your existing ACH payment and wire transfer templates.

    Delete any templates you no longer use so they aren’t carried over to the new platform.

    Why: This reduces clutter and helps ensure a clean, accurate migration.

    How: Log in to Treasury Online. Expand the ‘Payments & Transfers’ option, select ‘Payment Center’, and select the ‘Payment Templates’ tab. Under the ACTIONS column, select ‘View’ to review the template or select ‘Delete’ to delete the template. Repeat for each template.

  • Your Online Banking Conversion Package is mailed
    • This package includes important information to help you prepare for the transition

Thursday, June 18

  • Deadline to Complete New Account Agreements

Thursday, July 9

  • Finish any pending or critical transactions in Treasury Online 
    • Completing transactions ahead of the upgrade helps avoid interruptions

Friday, July 10 - Sunday, July 12 – Upgrade Weekend

  • Access to Treasury Online will be limited and non-transactional
  • Any updates made during this time will not carry over to Bangor Treasury Management

Monday, July 13

  • Login Credentials sent via email from Bangor Savings Bank
    • Begin using Bangor Treasury Management online & enjoy your new experience

  • Download Bangor Treasury Management app
    • Search for Bangor Treasury Management in the App Store® or Google Play
    • Enjoy banking on the go

•    NEW Enhanced Loan Payment Options: Ability to specify interest or principal only payments in addition to regular loan payments

•    NEW Messages: Contact your Cash Management Solutions Sales Officer within the secure Bangor Treasury Management platform and receive push and in-app notifications

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Treasury Online will move to Bangor Treasury Management on July 13, 2026. On July 13, 2026, you will be unable to login to Treasury Online and can begin accessing your account via Bangor Treasury Management. As we get closer to this date, you will receive more information, including the Bangor Treasury Management login link and information. 
  • To prepare, please review, sign, and return your New Account Agreements according to the date in the agreement mailing and complete the following items prior to Friday, July 10, 2026:
    • Confirm your contact information
    • Update users and permissions
    • Clean up templates and reports

    Complete these tasks in Treasury Online
  • Your CUSTOMER ID and USER ID will remain the same. You will receive an email from Bangor Savings Bank the morning of Monday, July 13 with a link to log in to Bangor Treasury Management.
  • If you’d like to access your accounts via phone or tablet, you can download the Bangor Treasury Management app on the App Store® or Google Play® starting Monday, July 13. 
  • Yes, you will receive an email from Bangor Savings Bank the morning of Monday, July 13, with a new link to log in to Bangor Treasury Management.
  • On Monday, July 13, users will be unable to access Treasury Online.
