    By enrolling in Bangor Online for Business, I acknowledge and agree that for purposes of this enrollment and use of the platform, “Customer” means the business entity identified as the Business Name in the enrollment form; and (i) the Customer has open business accounts with Bangor Savings Bank for which I am an authorized signer on all accounts for this business; (ii) I am enrolling in the platform solely as an Administrator or Authorized User acting on behalf of the Customer, and not in my individual capacity, and (iii) all actions I take, and all access or use of the platform, is governed by the Customer.
