REVIEW AND UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION
What: Make sure your phone number and email address are correct.
Why: Accurate information helps ensure you receive important alerts and transition-related updates.
How: Log in to Treasury Online. From the main menu, click on your name, select ‘Profile Maintenance’, update your contact information, and click SAVE.
CLEAN UP YOUR USER LIST
What: Remove any users who no longer need access to Treasury Online Banking. Make note of the last login, if a user has not accessed the system in 90 days or more, they may not need access any longer.
Confirm that each remaining user’s access level and permissions are correct and have up to date contact details.
Why: This helps prevent unnecessary users from being moved to the new system.
How: Log in to Treasury Online. From the main menu, select ‘User Management’ and under the ACTIONS column, select ‘View’ to review user access or select ‘Modify’ to make changes. Then, click NEXT to review each page of access, permissions, and limits. When all updates have been made, click SAVE. Repeat for each user.
