Access to BillPay will become unavailable beginning Friday, 9/4 at 8:00AM until the transition to the NEW Bangor Online is complete on 9/14 at 8:00AM. Payments scheduled for delivery by 9/11 will be processed as planned. Payments scheduled for delivery after 9/11 will be transitioned to the NEW Bangor Online, with the exception of eBills.
Access to Bangor Online and the Bangor Mobile app will become and remain unavailable beginning at 3:00PM EST on Friday, 9/11 while we transition to the NEW Bangor Online and Bangor Savings Bank app. Please refer to the resource center that applies to you below for more information.

- The transition to the NEW Bangor Online begins
- Any system updates (user changes, scheduled transfers, etc) made after 6:00PM EST will not transition
- Please complete recommended key action items as outlined on page 6–7 of your Bangor Online Transition Guide that was mailed/emailed to you
Friday, September 11 - Sunday, September 13 – Upgrade Weekend
- Beginning at 3:00PM EST on September 11, access to the current Bangor Online and Bangor Mobile app will become unavailable and will remain unavailable
- Based on device operating system, uninstall or remove the current Bangor Mobile app from your device
Monday, September 14 – Begin Using the NEW Bangor Online
- Beginning at 8:00AM EST, you can log in and begin using the NEW Bangor Online
- Download the NEW Bangor Savings Bank mobile app
- Complete Post Log In Action Items outlined in your transition guide that was mailed to you
- Confirm your accounts and information have transitioned correctly
