Public File Access and Procedure

You are entitled to certain information about our operations and performance under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), including, for example, information about our branch locations, hours of operation and services provided at them; the public section of our most recent CRA Performance Evaluation prepared by the FDIC; and comments received from the public relating to our performance in helping to meet community credit needs and our responses to those comments. 

Our Public File is accessible electronically through the Bank’s website at located under the Community & Giving tab and listed as Community Development. If you are unable to view the public file or do not have access to a device, you may schedule an appointment to view or request a copy of the Public File by contacting the Bank’s CRA Officer at or by calling 1.877.226.4671.

Upon your request for an appointment or printed copy of our Public File, the CRA Officer will schedule an appointment or provide a printed copy within 5 business days of your request.
