Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)

Bangor Savings Bank’s Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) allows your organization to scan both US and Canadian checks directly to the bank without leaving your office. Create greater efficiency with virtual deposit slips, endorsement and the ability to have customized payment fields for customer account numbers, name, invoice number, and more, all over a secure connection.

With Remote Deposit, you can view images of the front and back of deposited items and have the ability to create custom reports that are exportable for long-term archival purposes. Multiple users may be created with varying levels of processing controls and access.

Electronic Payment Services

 A cost-effective way to electronically collect and disburse funds. Bangor Savings Bank offers a full range of Automated Clearing House (ACH) services. Applications through our ACH module on Treasury Online include:

• Direct deposit (payroll, pensions, expense reimbursements)
• Vendor payments
• Cash concentration
• Recurring or pre-authorized debits
• Same-day ACH credits

Courier Service

Bonded couriers are available to transport your funds for deposit and deliver petty cash or coin orders to and from your business. Quotes are available upon request.

Wholesale & Retail Lockbox Processing

Whether you receive low-volume/high-dollar payments (Wholesale), or high-volume/low-dollar payments, perhaps with a machine-readable payment coupon (Retail), we have the solution for you. Bangor Savings can serve as a depository agent, collecting and processing all mail that contains remittance payments. Lockbox services are customized based on each customer’s needs for reporting and processing. We work with each customer from the sale to on-boarding process. You receive daily reports via data transmission and have access to a portal to view all items processed.
