Public File Access and Procedure

You are entitled to certain information about our operations and our performance under the CRA, including, for example, information about our branches, such as their location and services provided at them; the public section of our most recent CRA Performance Evaluation, prepared by the FDIC; and comments received from the public relating to our performance in helping to meet community credit needs, as well as our responses to those comments. You may review this information today.

The information is contained in our Public File and is accessible electronically here in the Community Development and CRA section of our website. If you are unable to view the public file, you may schedule an appointment to view the Public File at the Bank’s main office located at 24 Hamlin Way, Bangor Maine, or 100 Loudon Road, Concord, New Hampshire.

You may request printed copies of the documents contained in the Public File. The Bank will provide that information in writing within five business days of your request. The Bank may charge a fee for printed copies. The cost for copies is listed in the Bank’s common fee schedule.
